Alright, and so I guess, this is yet another photo heavy post about some of the places that the boy and I travelled to from end September to just last week. :)
My thoughts on:
F1. Mom's Bdae. Mid Autumn. Hard Rock. Le Bistrot.
This year, bro gave us the free tickets to catch F1 on the 2nd day, because Maroon 5 was down that night:)
We had dinner at Ma Masion over at Millenia after my short visit to Jacq's for my fringe.
Then we took a free ride on the Flyer complimentary for us.

The view was amazing from the top, but we kinda regretted only taking it 930pm?
while we had a bird's eye view of the qualifiers,
we crashed with the crowd for Maroon 5's showcase.
A tad disappointing, but it ended good with our favorite satay place
at Lau Pat Sat. - Stall 3
Mid Autumn this year was spent no doubt with my own family. It has always been a family affair.
But this year, the difference is that the family has accepted the boy as one.

Mom's Birthday this year was a multi-faceted one.
It started off with a treat by the boy down at Jade @ Fullerton.
The price is really affordable for fine dining.
And the food was pretty good for a set of 5. :)
Part 2 was a mini celebration at home on the actual day
and Part 3 was down at the staycation that daddy book for us @ Hard Rock.
The boy was really kind to join us on our date night with dinner over at Wave House :
The food was pretty nice! except that our table was really small. Didn't have enough space to lay our dishes. =_=
The next day it was teochew food down at Ah Oh. I thought it was alright only,
I prefer Swa Garden @ Macpherson:)
We spend a good part of Our Couple time at RWS gyming :) lol
Last Friday night was magical.I completed my assessment at school with breeze
and The boy planned this date for the both us down at Le Bistrot.
That, knowing that I've always love walking along the river.

I've always like french cuisine,
Never too heavy in their tasting.
Good choice of seafood,

Duck Confit
and that night, we asked for some red :),
We were both never fans of red wine. If you noticed, we've always went for white/sparkling.
But it was the lightest red wine I've thus far.
I've always enjoyed sipping wine and talking over food
My favorite dish that night? Those scallops
and that cauliflower soup with foie gras.

and if there's one reason why I will strongly recommend Le Bistrot? It's their duck confit.
I've tried a couple of duck confit, but this has been the best thus far.
Crispy skin with tender flesh.
Most other places, has the tendency to overcook the meat such that it become really dry?
While Others, go for tenderness and ignore the crispiness of the skin.
so this is really good. :)
If there's one thing about french cuisine that I can't really grasp,
it got to be dessert.
I was never truly a dessert person,
But their dessert was really quite interesting.
If you think the above is a scoop of ice cream,
You're wrong!
it appears frozen, but it doesn't melt.
It's filled with nuts and hazel nut praline. :)
His Ganache served with a scoop of ice cream. Think of Lava Cake, except that the dark chocolate is wrapped within a layer
of very crunchy "po-piah" skin. I wonder how they keep the skin crisp?.

From indoor stadium, we walked to garden by the bay.
In between, we climbed beyond the railing and sat by this river.
my princessy ass comfortably on a set of newspaper. lol
I love evenings like this.
Us, looking out to a view that never failed to captivate me.
We saw sea gulls that night.. they were huge.
they were unexpected.
they took my breath away
just like how we met.
and last night, we spent it with your family. on taken 2.and a night with you.:)
Tonight, you came over with my favorite dragon fruit.
and baby? Thanks for loving me again and again.
I guess it's never easy being my boyfriend.
but it's not easy being yours too.
nothing is ever easy isn't it?
