an annual affair.

and like I said 
girls always look good in white. 

 right now. the boy's getting ready to showcase his  grilled prawn penne. 
while my roast chicken w corn and vege is roasting in the oven 



and yes, we're back at Ascott :)
our 3rd stay as a couple. 
and this year for his birthday. 

this year, he requested for Ascott ,
so that he can taste my cooking.
Yea, the keyword here is MY COOKING. 

 we spent abt $70 on groceries.
so what's on e menu? 

1. starters: 
Pan Seared Foie Gras w Granny Smith Apple. 

2. Main: Roast chicken thigh with potatoes and corn 

3. Main: Grilled Prawn Penne with tomato herb sauce . we got the herb sauce and all from Da Paulo down at Katong 112. 

Worth it?
I Guess it's e process of cooking
and spending the night relaxing. 

alright, got to go and baste my chicken.
