and I am waiting for the boy to shower out. ( again, i know right)
I thought I should plug in my music,
and take some time out to blog.
record down some beautiful memory, and remind myself how very very blessed I am.
This year I turned 25. That's a quarter of a century old, and I guess, life will naturally progress and I find myself attending the first ROM of my bro - Billy.
I know Billy when I volunteered my services with the SSC those days back in NTU.
Regretfully, I have been so caught up in my work , life etc,
that I haven't been going back.
BUT, i made the best of bro-mance over there and on the 31st of March 2013,
My brother Billy and lovely Alexa is legally man and wife!
Theirs is a perfect example of a LDR that came true.
Billy met Alex while she was on exchange here in Singapore.
Back when I was only 21, and I remembered when Alex attended my 21st Birthday Party, she was still very much Single.
It was only the year after, when Alex came back to visit and we had a CNY gathering over down at my place, did one thing led to another...
Amazing isn't it?
You never know who you will meet on exchange,
and how much courage you can muster yourself to overcome the distance problem
until you really go try it huh? :)

That Sunday after, I met babe and head over down over to Aunty S's place to have BBQ to celebrate Easter. I blogged about this earlier on :)
I just thought I ought to share this lovely cake,
It is just OMG so delicious. It is just out of the world nice.
It is essentially PASTRY cake. I totally dig Pastry and all those berries.
Feel very loved by the b's family. :)
I shan't talk about the birthday with the boy. That deserves a post on its own, no?

5th April
On the actual day,
I walked into office welcome by a loud rendition of Happy Birthday by my 8 awesommmeee colleague.
For this, I am very very thankful to god.
I know for sure I am going to miss this current setting, when we all shift to our official seats come July,
I will totally miss the supportive environment and how we can so readily share our frustrations.

Saturday Night Fever.
On the 6th of April
The alphas went out for our GNO after soooooo LONG.
We headed down to DREAM, the former rebel.
It was a Nightmare turned Cool Dream.
Thanks to Jian Wei, ( I think)
We had endless flow of drinks that night
I lost count of the amount of champagne I drank,
which really resulted in me,
erm.. being wasted.
( Thankfully the boyf came and fetch me that night. )

But I thought I learnt something important.
I mean, I have a lot a lot of crazy fun,
but at 3 am,
one last song,
I am glad that when i stepped out into the night at clarke quay,
his strong hands found my arms.
And nothing felt more safe than being with him.
That night, I had a chat with a Yvonne about Des.
She said, she'll say Yes to Des. Anytime.
I'm so happy for her.
( side note to kelly sim: It eludes me how Von can survive her Diving Test at 830 am. )

I thought I'll end the post about the 4th.
the eve of my birthday and my bf was down in camp.
I came home, changed and head out to meet the JC mates down at this lovely place
call Beiruit Place @ Bussorah.
I tell you,
the food served here is thumbs uppppp.
Can appear a little sleazy, but the food is just deliciously good.
I love how we can all huddle around on the floor and eat while leaning on cushions.
To feel comfortable? ( better wear pants)
