but, I thought ought to blog a little and do a final post on my birthday week.
like a nice little post on e love received from babe and e family.
this year,
babe and I both know that he will be away in camp on the 5th of April.
it's inevitable , work commitments.
I believe I did a post on how quiet the 4th seemed. to be despite me having a dinner w the college mates on the day itself,
the house's just extra quiet
without him and grandma.
last year, he came at 11 oddish and presented me w a photo collage.
this year,
I wasn't expecting anything,
and I was just patiently waiting for his call at 12.
although I admit I smell something fishy,
when e parents seemed to have no intention of celebrating it w me this year too!
everyone went into my bedroom at 11 odd,
even my sister have e cheek to tell me she's sleeping early because of a test at NTU.
I even said to her: wah Lao sing happy birthday to me first lei!
but who knows at 12,
when I was checking my phone for baby's call,
did my room door open
to the family's rendition plus him!
HIM!
my boy:)
the colleagues supported him and drove him out of camp to get a taxi ride down to my place.
only then I realized that the family was in cahoots with him,
and that he ordered my favorite black forest from rive gauche, which sis picked up the cake from JP for me.
*sweetness*
I was very touched, I cried.
totally unglam!
and so I ushered in the first quarter of the century with my love onessss.
it's just so cute that the family joined in tgt with him.
and daddy was really very excited abt the idea.
sissy got me a NAKED from Urban Decay.
it's always WHAT I wanted,
it came with a bronzer, highlighter and blusher :))
even the maid ( debbie) got me something!
check out her hidden message to me!!
of course, when. it's e Ang moh bdae,
I'll receive a red packet of happiness from my mama.
anddd...
the boy gave me a card.
it was oh so sweet!!
he purposely add a bugs bunny tooth inside:)
to me, I love it when he writes to me.
he very seldom does it,
but whenever he do, it makes me cry or it's just extra heart warming.
and I thought that's it,
until I saw the booking slip inside!
the silly boy booked us a get away at montigo resorts.!
I know it's really just batam,
but this villa get away is just so good for us!
ran a search on it,
and just look at the pretty pictures and clear water!
I can't wait to wake up to clear blue water every single day!
BBQ at our own pit, do SPA , jet ski and most importantly EAT A&W! loll
to add extra meaning to it, the vacation dates fall on our 2nd year anniversary !
I'm grinning now:)
and that concludes my birthday eve.
I fell asleep w him by him,
and woke up in the morning to my sleepy head.
to the boy that treasures me,
the one loved by my family
and accepted by my pals.
