I thought I drop by for a short one while waiting for the boy to shower out. Decided to stay home today, and to miss out high tea with the folks since I really needed the rest and let's not mention work. babe dropped by in the afternoon and helped me settle the administrative stuff while I focused on the upcoming presentations.
THE PRESENTATION(s) - the start of many, did I mention I went to buy a $138 Annie dress for the occasion? Talk about binge eating, I think I have binge buying. - power dressing.
On a separate note, the Chan family kicked start restaurant week 2013 with Eugene's Treat down at
Forest @ Equarius.
Helmed by Sam Leong and his missus, we had a delectable 4 course dinner and it was extremely good.
Foie Gras, Lamb Rack, Sze Chuan Rice Bowl with Crab Meat and my favorite dessert. It has to top the list of Chinese Dessert - Jello + Aloe + Bomb Sugar in Young Coconut.
Pardon me, but the description of the food are really more elegant than my crude choice of words. I'm just too lazy to copy it word for word. but really, do pop by Forest, it's worth every one of your penny.
