we headed down to moosehead for tapas and wine in celebration of
Yvonne Ang's birthday.
here's a pic of us with the boss, ( tall 26 years cute Australian man) ,
the 27 year old chef and their very hospitable waiter who sang the birthday song for our girl.
It's been awhile since we get together to celebrate Yvonne's birthday in style like this.
I thought this year was pretty nice. no regrets there.
we opened a bottle of white to accompany our 3 tapas.
in all honesty, I liked the food and it's unique taste. but I thought binomio was really much more value for money and wayy tastier. ( maybe because it's aunthentic Spanish)
next time I'm sure we'll go there .:)
this is braised calamari with chick peas
the fish is fragrant w e herbs and spices, and I abs love the greens
braised pork! the pork is well cooked and seasoned. we cleaned the plate, the green peppers too!

and so after last night,
we'll all need to get crazily busy with our own commitments, and it's really fine just to meet once in awhile,
because things will just naturally fall into place, as long as we want it to.
We ended the night
with a complimentary pistachio cake
and a light but fragrant shot on the house.
