it's 2.30am again and we just hung up.
Last night this time, we were still over at Sam's.
Laughing away,
2 nights back, I was in your arms.

How time flies, isn't it honey? So much so that, sometimes we gave it to everyone else, but ourselves.
Our own private time.
This weekend saw us over at Sam's. Rifdi's, my family's dinner and the photoshoot tomorrow with my buddies.
It's a long weekend, but we only had friday to ourselves.


As I was doing my work just now after our long day out,
I miss you so much, especially when I know on the end of this island,
you are staying awake for me.

Honey, I can't tell you how very much I am proud of you, you have been really awesome. 
Thank you for your willingness to wanting to know my diverse group of friends.
my colleagues, my school mates, my sec school clique, my bimbos friends,
thank you for wanting to be part of me, and getting to know each one of them.
( and i thank my buds for appreciating this new arm in my life =)) ).

Thank you for learning to put up with my tight schedule.
For staying up with me as I rushed my assignments, just to hear me for less than 5 minutes.
Thank you for staying over at my place,even when you really wish for me to stay over at yours instead.
For putting up with my fickle-mindedness.. always wanting to change your plans for something "more exciting".

I know, I really know you are trying your best to learn to deal with your busy bee.
You may think that I will never understand why you enjoy buffering my nails so much,
or doing spa with me,
or simple things like insisting on placing a plaster on my swollen toe.
but baby, I know.
I probably tell you it is not necessary,
but I know you did it because it's your simple way of telling me you care so much for me.

I know you are over-protective sometimes, because you want to keep me safe even at times when I get annoyed.
I know I should be happy.. I really am.

Remember how I always wanna thank you each night before I sleep?
Because baby, people tend to take the things they have for granted,
me included.

and I want to remind you,
as I am doing this now,
that I am glad I have you in my life.
