Happy Birthday to me! ( Okay the actual day is like tomorrow) 

Right now the boy is just getting excited on all the TV channels, 

and I'm just chilling,

I have an immense urge on going down to the pool right now,

but I figure I should just soak in e tub, I have a whole day tmr, since we managed to get a late check out. 

In case you're wondering

we're at the Shangri - La now

a well deserved break for the both of us after working so hard for the past 4 months

We upgraded the room for a small amount of $45

and we enjoy litmitless amount of champagne all day, with food

and so feeling peckish ,

we decided to go for high tea 

The staff at Valley Wing looked really senior, soms even older than my dad

and it's very warming to watch them approaching lone traveller, and striking a conversation w them.

I really am appreciative of this break

life has been really hectic

stress is mounting 

and I never really relaxed till I was sitting there just now just sipping tea and people watching 

I wonder about the people who came here for a retreat and for meetings 

to get married here and what not. 

and I can't help but feel really thankful to the two person in my life 

My parents. 

I won't be here today, enjoying all these perks , 

without their guidance, nurturing and grooming me, 

inculcating in me strict discipline,

implanting the thirst for success , 

and trying their best to provide me w the best ..

I'm not born rich 

and I have to work hard for my future

but neither am I impoverish, or denied of many material comforts.

I'm thankful,

and for the year 2015 and ahead,

I must work hard to give them the best 

for a start 

I'm buying them a holiday. 

even if they leave the country, worrying that we might burn the house down. 

That's for now

the pool is calling for me

or maybe the tub first
